We are looking to expand our quality assurance team. Members of the QA team will be responsible for testing all aspects of our system. Each member will require previous experience with their specific role, as well as the ability to grow, learn and adapt in our fast-moving environment.   • Work in a team environment with designers, developers, regulatory and marketing
  • Establish guidelines and best design practices to mitigate compliance issues early in the design phase
  • Guide compliance during design and development, verify compliance through validation testing and debug
  • Understand, interpret and apply FCC Rule Parts, KDB’s, EU Harmonized Standards, ANSI test methods, and certification procedures
  • Review EMC, Radio, health and safety test reports, product documentation and customer forms.
  • Work with 3rd party labs to test and validate systems
  • Set up a lab environment to pretest regulatory compliance
  • Work with NRTLs to achieve product compliance
  • Developing test criteria, methodologies, and pass/fail criteria


  • Demonstrated experience taking products through the certification process
  • Experience in submissions for official certification through relevant compliance bodies such as FCC, CE, UL, TUV, etc.
  • Understand safety concepts (Electrical and battery) – Risk based approach
  • Experience in radio technologies including Bluetooth, UWB, NFC
  • Strong understanding of EU CE marking process, North American Listings and APAC
  • Hands-on experience with debugging, EMC, EMI, ESD, RF, and Safety certification/testing
  • Experience in coding (Python) to support test automation
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related subject
  • 5+ years’ experience in an engineering regulatory compliance role
