  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and help forums.
  • Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction with the goal of creating an exceptional experience.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure all issues are properly analyzed, documented, logged, and resolved.
  • Critically think and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have compassion and understanding for customers, as they may be stressed while communicating with you.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner to communicate any updates.
  • Effectively communicate technical information into simplistic terms.


  • Knowledge and experience using various mobile platforms including iOS & Android Mobile.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Accurately document concerns in a CRM for development & support team members.
  • Experience deescalating customers with understanding and compassion.
  • Able to communicate efficiently to resolve customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, master, and teach the Vagaro software.
